- 2 vanilla pods.
- 700ml of almond milk.
- 150g of agave syrup.
- 75g of almonds toasted and roughly chopped.
- Cut the vanilla pods and scrape the seeds, add them to a large bowl and keep the pods empty to flavor the sugar.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix them well before pouring everything into an ice cream machine.
